I come from a family of Real Estate builders and lenders and began my career in Real Estate in 2004 working with individual investors. I worked as an REO agent at a big firm learning the business which gave me the experience needed when the downturn hit in 2008 to go on to start and lead an REO team which grew to selling over 200 assets a year. I then became a Senior Asset Manager representing Fannie Mae and helped in the disposition of over 300 assets a month in 10 different states. I then went on to become an exclusive buyer broker for many of the top funds buying in the market today. I am now the managing broker of Skylan Realty that specializes in investment as well as retail residential real estate acquisition and disposition in the metro Atlanta area. When I am not helping clients, I love to spend time with my family, play tennis, golf and travel.
My family and I live in Northwest Atlanta. We enjoy being outside, and we have lived and worked in National Parks from Yellowstone to Cumberland Island. My wife and I did something different in our twenties and decided to live a life out of the ordinary and enjoy the lands our great country has to offer. My goal as a real estate agent is finding you, the buyer, a home that suits your needs or selling your home for what you need. I love getting to know people and helping them by offering the best service possible. When I’m not helping clients, I love to spend my time with family, ride my mountain bike, fly fish, trail run, and take the dog to the lake for a swim. I’ve been in customer service for over fifteen years.
Raised in Southern Mississippi, I was brought up embracing hospitality. Today, I bring that attribute to the Atlanta housing market. Making sure your buying or selling process is smooth and enjoyable. I spend my spare time exploring the outdoors surrounding the city, or playing music with friends at home. I have found a new home here in Georgia, let me help you do the same.
